What is the Gospel?
Do we really need to ask this question? Wasn’t it answered 2,000 years ago or during the Reformation? Well, yes, but new developments in the world change us and all of the changes are not good.
Is it possible that large segments of the Church have forgotten the context or the storyline in which the Gospel was presented causing us to truncate and weaken our presentation of the most powerful message in the world?
In his latest book, Jonathan Williams challenges us to revisit the Gospel and relearn the Story to which prophets pointed, that Jesus inaugurated and apostles preached to a world that was believing a false story about God, mankind and the future of the world.
“Nicely done! A solid and needed presentation!” – Dr. Darrell Bock, Executive Director of Cultural Engagement and Senior Research Professor of New Testament Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary
“Reading this book gave me a fuller, richer, more biblical understanding of the Good News that has changed my life.” – J. Mark Horst, Teaching Pastor, Heralds of Hope Ministry
